help/opinions

I'm a 16 year old sophomore in highschool. I due some training like bleachers and sprints, also shoot about 2-4 hours daily 5-7 times a week. I need to get opinion and help on what kind of training I should do.

im 6' 155, thats right, im not very strong, im pretty lean, im cordinated though.
vert 25", im doing a program call 'air alert' right now
my bench is only about 120, and I VERY rarely lift.
my intake of junk food has dropped and it going to keep dropping. I have higher abs but not the lower two.

I think im in pretty good condition but do you think I should try to bulk up or condition. Remember, its aimed at basketball
