Anyone here has used a product called Shuddha Guggulu?......funny name isn’t it? I laughed a lot when I first heard this name. Actually it is a herbal product for weight loss. One of my Indian friends advised me to take this product for effective weight loss and she told me that she has lost remarkable amount of weight using this product. She sent me her photographs online and really she has transformed. One may even fail to recognize her…she has really lost a considerable amount of excess weight.
I am thinking to buy this product since I have some 16 kgs in excess. I have already found it on one online Canadian pharmacy where the price is relatively cheaper. But I have never ordered anything from Canada before…Have you ever bought medical products from ? If yes then will you advise me to do so? Another thing that is worrying me is that will some product that has worked and done wonders on someone be right for me too? Should I consult a doctor before taking these or is it not necessary to do so since it is a herbal product? Before buying, I wanted to ask whether anyone else has used this product. If yes then please give me your feedback. Thanks in advance.

Weight Loss is about eating healthy foods and exercising. It's not about taking medicines, pills, herbal crap.

It's up to you, but it will be a waste of money and might do some harm to you, you never know.

Do it the right way and eat right, and exercise.

You can lose a remarkable amount of weight too. Herbal anything doesnt make weight loss quicker. Save yourself the bother!

This, though.. is just my opinion.

If there was an effective and harmless pill to lose weight we would all be thin. If you want miracles to happen, do them yourself =)

Of course the diet pill seems like it works. The diet industry has some of the best marketers out there. They want you to think the pill, herbs, products etc work - that's how they make money.

The vast majority of the pills do not work. An unknown percentage have side-effects and/or cause health problems. How do you know that this new product is safe? The answer is you don't, your friend doesn't, and the company making the pill has not done adequate safety reasons.

Give this, would you rather try to eat more vegetables or be in a hospital bed?

As far as the pharmacy, you are adding to your risk. How do you that the pharmacy is licensed and if even if it is, that it is sticking to the regulations?

Do not ever try a weight loss product on the basis of a friend's recommendation, an advertisement or something you read on a blog or a message board (including this one).

If you want to lose weight, talk to your doctor about your diet and intended exercise plan. You'll lose more weight and live longer.

Never forget that herbal products at worst contain nothing active and at best contain active ingredients AKA drugs. Herbal does not mean safe, and there is no magic bullet for weight loss.

I don't know anyone having used this product. I know my mother was using [link removed] that she ordered from a Canadian pharmacy. [link removed] is a herbal product too. She used it for around 6 months last year but there was no change in her weight and hence she stopped using it.
