I'm 22 and my muscles are far from being in shape.
My goal was to get a flatter stomach and into an overall better shape in 2 months.
Tonight I started and plan on doing 30 min - 1 hr on a treadmill and am also doing aerobic exercise for at least an hour twice a week.
I try to eat healthy and drink lots of water, but I also have days where all I want is a mcdonalds cheeseburger.
Do you think that this is doable?
I'm 5'0", 105 lbs, with a BMI of 20.5
