Help new don't know how to navigate program

you don't need a program to lose weight! I've read that most people that get weight off and keep it off come up with their own "program" based on what works best for them. For example, I've heard its best to exercise in the morning...but that doesn't work for me, so I do it in the afternoon when my kids are gone to school....do what works for you!
