What are you eating? How many calories? What are your macro breakdowns (carbs, protein, fats)?

What kind of exercise do you do and how often. You said you're lifting weights - what exercises and how much weight are you using?

Give us more details and we might be able to make some suggestions! :)

9% fat 62% carbs 30% protein!!! 900 cals. i think i need to cut down on the carbs.... not sure how to though!!!

Weights- i do classes which include doing squat, lunges, with weights. so its not really weight training. i also to cardio which inculdes rowing, jogging stepping and cross trainer. I also swim for 30 mins each time i go to the gym.

Im just complete stuck with what to do now!!! thanks for your help

Well first of all, 900 calories is NOT ENOUGH FOOD. :)

It's especially not enough food with the amount of working out you're doing. I suspect that what is happening is that your body is going into "starvation mode" because you're not eating enough. That will cause your weight loss to stall out and it'll make it extremely hard not to gain back weight when you stop eating so little.

You also should add more healthy fat back into your diet. 9% fat is too low. You should be getting a minimum of 20% of your diet from healthy fats. A better breakdown of macro nutrients is 40/30/30 - that's 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% healthy fat.
