HELP NEEDED PLEASE! My weight-loss plan....Opinions? Feedback? Good or bad welcome...

Hi guys!

I'm new here, and last week I started a new life.
I ditched my fiance, left the town i was living in, left my job...
and came back to my parents house.

I have a possible job oppertunity/new life starting in April, so i have a month free to sort my head out etc.
My main mission is to get fit and lose weight.
I am currently 10 stone 11 pound.
My goal is to be 9 stone, I realise it will take more time than a month for this, but i want to make the best possible start now I have so much free time this month.

I just want to run by you all plan, and what you think of it.
any feedback/advice/tips are more than welcome.

MONDAY:

WEIGHT LIFT CLASS - 1 HOUR

Can you please tell me what you think of this plan?
I have not specified exactly what I eat because it is always different, but just so you know, it is not very strict calorie controlled food, but it is not junk food.

So...what do you think?
 
The exercise looks pretty intense. If you can handle doing all of that -- GREAT! (I couldn't. Not even close.)

To lose weight, you should think about calorie counting. Generally speaking, exercise helps with weight loss, but isn't nearly as powerful as calorie restriction is. It helps, but more weight loss will come from some form of dieting. Take a look at

There are lots of calorie counters available on the web that can help.

You are going to be exhausted if you have not already been training like this for awhile. After 3 days you may not even want to continue. I was a mixed martial arts fighter for 15 years, known for my endurance, and that much exercise now puts the memories of workout hell I once did. I hated the pain but loved every minute of it. I would start with half that much for atleast the first week. Add in a class here and there until you build up to that.
