hi guys,i have been trying to cut my weight,but not seeing much results.
i jog for 1.5km,after that i rest for 10mins,sprinting for 03 laps of 100m.after which i would work on my abs ,with 6 sets of decline situps,and 6 sets of reverse crunch.on alternate days, i would work on my chest with dumbbells flyes and skipping for 500 times.the main purpose of my exercise is to cut my waistline from my current 36inches to 30 inches so that i can fit back into my good old levi's jeans.is there any problem with my routine?i was thinking of getting hydroxycut to use it with my training regime.is there a problem?
