Help needed, going on holiday in 5 months and need to trim stomach fat.

I know you cannot trim stomach fat alone, and that a good workout alone wont get the job done, you need a balance of nutrition and the right workout.

This is where I massively need help.

Im going to Las Vegas 23/05/12 and want to be in ship shape. I am not too bad at present, Im 5ft 7in tall and I weigh 11 1/2 stone (161lbs) which brings my BMI ever so slightly over the recommendation but I wouldnt say Im overweight. My fitness is bad though.

All my fat seems to be on the stomach/hips area and it isnt nice to have or look at, especially when I sit down, get a right overhang :(

Can anyone give me ideas of home workouts, that I can do every day or every two days, without equipment, I mean I have nothing, Im willing to spend but not a great deal as money is tight what with paying the holiday off etc. If you also have the knowledge, Id be grateful for advice on nutrition etc, and if you really want to be helpful...a shopping list :D...although I think thats asking a bit much lol.

I dont eat more calories than I should, or eat a lot of fatty foods, but I would say that I do eat at the wrong times due to an off bodyclock. At present my days run from about 12pm to 4am with my last meal coming about 1-2am. I know this needs to change and Im willing to do it. The most important thing I want is a home workout, that can be done daily, with little to no equipment, that will yield some results within 6 weeks.
