how can i lose weight for my football tryouts.last year i couldn't play because i was overweight. I think the cutoff is 135 and I'm 149 I'm not fat really but the weight limit is so low and I can't play with middle school kids since I"m in private school. Also I started lifting weight and want to know what I should do. I can max out at 95 lbs on the bench which my brother says is pretty good. So what should I be doing or should I leave weights alone.
