Help !! need to lose 3st and fast!

hey guys!
well im so ashamed of myself .... i have let myself just pile on the pounds (with the added help of the contraceptive pill) and now im at one of my biggest ever, 13st and im only 5'2, so you can imagine how big i look.

i need to lose atleast 3st as i am very unhealthy fitness wise. i always sweat, even if im just led in bed or a gentle walk to school. i need to get this sorted and was just wondering if you lot have any good ideas that can help me lose this excess weight.

my downfalls are water, crisp and chocolate. i cant resist my temptations and i cant stand drinking water, i know im sounding like im fussy but i actually want to change this. i want to be able to drink water everyday and be able to resist crisp and chocolate and most of all i want to lose this weight!

so if any of you could help me get started it would be much appreciated. :D
 
I hope you can reach your goal! Remember that we are here for motivation and advice. If it's the "flavour" of water that you hate, then you can get flavoured water. I prefer not to buy them because they have a very fake, watered down taste, I like my plain water. But some people like them. So how many pounds is 1st? is it something like 14 pounds?
 
ya know what i never really thought of little targets first .. omg lol i think 7lb's for the first two weeks is going to be reasonable, if i lose more thats guna be great, if i lose less i will probably be bummed and binge out on chocolate and crisp and put the weight i did manage to lose back on ... thats why i need some moral support! :) x
