I used to be an extremely fit athlete (a couple of years ago). I´m 1,80m and i used to weigh 61kg. I was a serious cyclist.
I got married and stopped the serious cycling, so, i´m now 85kg!
I started cycling again and i´ve been working out EVERYDAY for at least 1 hour, for the past 2 months. I´m on a strict diet and i´m taking Xenadrine EFX.
The results have been miserable!
I´m cycling hard and i barely eat and i still see no results!
What can i do?!!! I´m also taking wheigh protein, BCA´s and Glutamine so i don´t loose the muscle i barely have.
Do you think that a combination of Xenadrine and Clembuterol can bee effective or harmfull?
Well, I eat toasts with fresh cheese and a diet yogurt in the morning, at lunch i have a chiken or tuna salad and at dinner, fish or chiken or turkey with vegetables. Between meals i eat apples, pears or a diet yogurt and i´m drinking an egg based high protein drink that´s called FullProtein.
In the morning, before breakfast i take 2 caps. of Xenadrine, after training i take a Whey and BCAA´s shake and 2 caps. of Glutamine. I take another 2 caps. of Xenadrine at 16:30m and another 2 caps. of Glutamine before sleep.
well first off ... if your trying to gain muscle and not want to burn it off exercising ... then i recommend not taking 4 capsules of glutamine a day .... instead get the glutamine powder and mix 5 grams of it into your protein shake or whatever about 2-4 times a day ... so you get between 10-20 grams of glutamine per day (proportion it to the amount of intense activity you will do that day) .... so more intense activity ----> take more glutamine.
second, your diet seems fairly decent ... just be sure you eating 5-6 times a day .... try hard not to skip meals. Its good to eat about 10x-12x your weight (lbs) in calories. too little calories and your body will burn fat at a rate that your grandma could build a brick house (with one hand).
if your really overweight ... then maybe do 9x (but your not).
third ... if your also weightlifting (which is a great thing to do for burning fat as well as getting ripped/buff) get alot of your protein in your diet (should consume between .7- 1g of protein per body weight in lbs) ... as i see you already know. this will let your muscle grow and repair. also make sure your lifting properly and have the proper weight/sets/reps for your goal.
you need high protein moderate carbs and moderate fats ...
eat most of your carbs in the morning ... and by the evening ease off of them. Also make sure that when you exercise that your not going all out max heartrate ... or you will be contributing more to cardio than to fat burning. It is said that exercising in the morning is more efficient for fat loss ... so try that .. just be sure to take your glutamine and take multivitamins and get your omega fats in your diet to prevent burning muscle.
and one last thing ... if your 85kg then im guessing thats 187lbs ... (1kg = 2.2lbs)... and ur 5'8" ... so you aren't THAT overweight ... so its gona be a bit harder/longer for u to shed the lbs ... just have the dedication.
hope i somewhat helped
