I have lost 32 pounds by eating right on weight watchers . Now i'm trying to work out because i have hit a plateau. I'm starting the couch to 5K running program. What else should I do to tone. I need a few short workouts that I can do at my local gym for arms abs and back. I need to trim down I'm still at 186 and wish to be around 150. I also need to knwo should I drink protein or anything if so when how much and why?
