help me with my diet.

Okay i have recently worked out and notice that i need help with a diet and a routine workout, but i need help in diet the most since i have never had a diet. Im 16 and 5'10 and 200 LBs, im really over weight and want to lose all of this rather than to body build. I want to get to a weight of 160 / 165 and become slim / trimmed rather than built and buff.

My usual day is
Breakfast - Rice Noodles or 3 slices of white bread with Peanut Butter and Jelly
Lunch- I have a choice of sandwiches (Hero with cheese and 2 Slices of either salami turkey or bologni), LOW FAT milk, and usually either two apples or two pears or two bananas.
Dinner- at dinner it varies on what my dad buys but usually Rice with either (Beef and Broccolli (not as bad as the take out food since my dad is a chef) ), or (Chicken and Broccolli), Salmon or any type of fish like that. Vegetables BOKCHOI, carrots, lettuce and a lot of asian veges. Roast pork. a type of "beef patty" using ground beef. tofu with beef and sauce.

What should i change, some people have told me to eat 6 times a day instead of my 3 meals, but i find that if i do that i usually eat too much.
The time i tried to eat 6x a day i did, Noodles for breakfast, then a fruit snack (2 of em bananas or apple or bear or oranges) then lunch id have chinese food and another fruit snack then for dinner i eat rice again.
should i stick to my original routine with some adjustments? because i found that the 6 meal is a lot more than wat i normally eat.

Also does anyone know roughly how many calories that my original routine food course is around (is there a site to calculate ??) and how much i should take off if i want to get down to 165 / 160

My routine is mainly

Cybex machine (arm curls) 30lb to warm up 15 reps 1X then 50lb 15 reps 3X
Cybex machine (arm extensions) 30lb to warm up 15 reps 1X then 40 or 50lb 15 reps 3X
Cybex machine (incline press) 70 LB to warm up 15 reps 1X then 96 15 reps 3X
Cybex machine (overhead press) 30 to warm up 15 reps 1X then 40 15 reps 3X
Stairmaster Fat burner LEVEL 5 for 25-30 Minutes
250 Situps

i was thinking that i should add a Cybex machine ( Lat pull down) with same reps to work out the back, and the Rear deltoid Cybex Machine.
also at home i was going to do another 200 situps, Bicep Curls 20LB each hand 20 reps 6X (3 one handed at a time and 3 double handed). i also do this tricep thing where i lay down on my back put my arms straight up and bend them and lift it back up 10-15LBS 3X. i also put a weight over my head and lift it vertically up, 20 LBS 4X.

what should be my routine helps wanted guys. any criticism if good !

Breakfast- I'm not sure what rice noodles are. Switch from white bread to whole grain. 3 seems a little high to me, use all natural PB and all natural fruit jelly.

Lunch-I'd say turkey, if thats ALL you have to choose from during lunch. Bananas have a pretty high GI, I would not eat 2. If you have too have 2 I would eat apples, but I would recommend only having one.

Dinner- Lean Beef, Broccoli, and Brown rice are good, salmon is good.

I would try to break those down if you feel that is too much and get 5-6 equal meals in a day. Drink a lot of water.

yea i agree. whole grain bread is a must. but i understand how you have trouble eating the 6 meals as opposed to 3 because it changes your mindset.
