help me prepare a weight loss plan

please help me out with a good weight loss plan guys. i dont have time to gym due to long working hours...any alternative advice for that (yoga, diet, aerobics etc...)...please please help me out....
People, I keep reading this in the newspapers every now and then that so many actresses lost a lot of weight by doing yoga. Is it really true? can you lose weight through just yoga? or i need to do more things along with it? If at all i wanna learn and start doing yoga, how do i do? can anybody suggest me some trainer or some site where i can learn yoga from?
I'm so confused ...pleaseeeeeee help!
 
Hey I'm not the biggest expert on all this but I'll try and help as much as I can!

With your diet basically get rid of all junk food. The occassional treat is ok but it has to be once in a while.
Try eating lots of fruit and vegetables, whole grains and lean meats.
Heres and example of the quantities of each food group we should be eating


So for example on a typical day I would have:

Breakfast: Wholegrain or oaty cereal such as weetabix or porridge.
Snack: Fruit or Veg. E.g. an apple or carrot sticks
Lunch: A big salad or lean meat and vegetables
Snack: Same as before if I need it
Dinner: Lean meat or fish with vegetables

This is just an outline as as long as your eating good foods and within a good calorie range you will loose weight :)

As for yoga I think its more about strengthening and making your muscles leaner so it will tone you up. However some cardio will help to shift the actual fat quicker.
