I recently had a miscarriage and I am trying to lose all the weight from being pregnant. I gained about 40 or 50 lbs from it and depression put together. I have started to workout everyday. I started out walking one mile a day and I have gradually worked my way up to between 3 to 5 miles a day, and I am gradually working my way up to about 10 miles a day or so. It takes me about 15 mins to walk each mile... [I walk around a track and whatnot.] I also do 500 crunches a day, in 10 sets of 50. I go to the gym every other day [mon, wed, and fri] so I can lift weights and tone the rest of my body other than my legs and and stomach. I am also on a low carb diet.
I am just trying to figure out a few things to help me lose the weight faster. I was also wondering how many miles of walking equals one mile or running? I know you are supposed to go by time rather than miles, but I just want to make sure that I can lose the weight pretty fast. I will be done with high school and have to be out in the "real world" after March 11th, and since I live in America and in order to have a decent job you have to be attractive, I am trying to lose about 50 or 60 lbs by about March 25th. I have already lost about 15 almost 20 lbs. Do any of you have any tips to lose more and/or to lose it faster?
[thanks ahead of time.
