Help me please?!

I recently had a miscarriage and I am trying to lose all the weight from being pregnant. I gained about 40 or 50 lbs from it and depression put together. I have started to workout everyday. I started out walking one mile a day and I have gradually worked my way up to between 3 to 5 miles a day, and I am gradually working my way up to about 10 miles a day or so. It takes me about 15 mins to walk each mile... [I walk around a track and whatnot.] I also do 500 crunches a day, in 10 sets of 50. I go to the gym every other day [mon, wed, and fri] so I can lift weights and tone the rest of my body other than my legs and and stomach. I am also on a low carb diet.

I am just trying to figure out a few things to help me lose the weight faster. I was also wondering how many miles of walking equals one mile or running? I know you are supposed to go by time rather than miles, but I just want to make sure that I can lose the weight pretty fast. I will be done with high school and have to be out in the "real world" after March 11th, and since I live in America and in order to have a decent job you have to be attractive, I am trying to lose about 50 or 60 lbs by about March 25th. I have already lost about 15 almost 20 lbs. Do any of you have any tips to lose more and/or to lose it faster?

[thanks ahead of time. :)]

It's only realistic to lose 2lbs a week. So really you're looking at a max of 16-20lbs of weight loss by March 11th.

Crunches won't make you lose weight..they just strengthen the abs, so when you do lose the weight, you'll have a toned stomach.

To maximize things, weight train in circuit style on your MWF gym schedule...the other 4 days you need to get your cardio in, and I think you'll have to step up the intensity significantly. 40-50lbs isn't a ton of weight...it shouldn't slow you down that much. Start jogging. when you get tired, slow to brisk walk, catch your breath...and then jog some more. By March 11th you could easily be running a mile in 10 mins.

see, i would jog, but i have a pretty large chest. [think large dd] so it is really hard for me to jog, or i would. Most of the time when im walking i do jog half of every lap [walk the curves jog the straights]. but afterwards my chest is REALLY sore. heh.

i know crunches dont help lose weight, but i want a toned tummy and it helps you get that. heh.

what is the type of training you told me i should do? like what all does it consist of?
