Help Me Please

hey every1....i'm around 6'0 and am 166.....i have very strong good looking arms and shoulders and back...chest is decent....i am really trying to develop my 6 pack and the only time i can see some of my abs is when i cough lol or when i workout so i obvioulsy know they are there....for the last 3-4 weeks i have been eating around 15-1900 hundred calories a day and running mb 2 miles....should i have seen results on the scale or even see any improvement yet or should i wait a little more....i think i'm gonna start running 4 miles a day because the last couple weeks i havent seen any changes but idk HELP ME PLEASE IT DRIVES ME CRAZY...Also a couple times a week I will hit on the heavy bag for approximately 20-30minutes a night....i think its goin to take more than four weeks cuz i dont have a large layer of fat to lose and i also do ab excersises maybe once or twice a week with 150 pushups every other night as well and some dumbell work...so HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO SEE CHANGE in the abs

I think it depends on what those 1500-1900 cals are made of. Post your diet if you'd like and everyone can help.

alright well usually in the morning i'll have a protein shake with a yougurt maybe a bowl of cereal with low calories in it.....at lunch i'll have some fruit like apples and bananas than throughout the day i'll snack on some nutrigrain bars and usually 3 bottles of water.....along with a salad possibly a buttered bagle.....and at dinner i'll probably have some sort of chicken dish or soup or something....it could possibly be some days even less than 1500 calories

Hopefully others will chime in here, you may want to post on the other boards and stuff to get more response but my opinion is that first of all you are eating way too little for your body type and activity and second of all, your diet isn't the type thats going to build abs. You need to try and shift to 5-6 regular meals made up of the right ratio of food: protein, carb, fat. Lean proteins, complex carbs (fruit only in the morning or after a workout) and the heart healthy fats like olive oil, almonds, natural PB etc. eating more and eating more of these foods will actually get you the results you want. weird but true

ok

alright thank you i appreciate wat ur telling me....i also didnt really think of my diet being great...cuz it wasnt enough food also....but thanks again i'll go wit more meals throughout the day
