help me please

Hey i around 5'4" to 5'5" 145 pounds young. I am looking for the fastest and safest way to lose weight. Anyone have any sugesstions

The measurements that you mention sound okay to me, so why would you want to lose weight?? Are you female or male? and how old are you?
I think you should be more concerned about wanting to lose weight than about your weight? cause it sounds ok to me.

First things first, ignore fad diets. They may take the pounds from fat off but many also take off muscle and water weight and are not long term ways to keep pounds off and are ver rarely healthy.

Your not overweight, your body mass index (BMI) is 24.1 which is just on the heavier side for NORMAL WEIGHT. Overweight is to be at a BMI of 25. So don't go crazy losing too much weight or you might be underweight. Instead, just try to eat healthy non processed foods, and add a workout regimen if your not currently exercising. Maybe just focus on taking one non healthy food out of your diet daily, this will cause you to eat a few less calories, which will do alot. Hope this helps!
