just train one day on one day off for that muscle group... and by "bis" i assume you mean the biceps? but dont train just one muscle only or you wont get any results.

just wondering also have you gone to the nutritionalist yet....?

I think it's overtraining if you work your bis every other day. I think you should work them every two to three days, or 2-3 times per week.
And yeah, have you seen the dietician or your pediatrician yet?

i think spock is right training anything every other day is overtraining and i only workout 1 muscel once a week 3 day split. and no i did'ent see the nutrionest thanks for the replys.

I work every body part 2 times a week, theres at least 3 days between workouts. I consider more than that overtraining. It all depends on your intensity though. To workout the way I work out more than 2 times a week IS overtraining. Someone who is working less intense than I do , 3-4 times a week may not be overtraining. Truth is, we don't know how intense your training. If you have to err on either side of the fence though, too little is a whole lot better than too much.

Robert, you are not bothering us with your questions. When you post the same thing over and over and get the same answer (meaning we can't help you), that gets a little irritating. Don't hesitate to ask us for help, but if we can't help you, you may have to go elsewhere. The people on this forum are here to help each other, support each other, what most of us are doing is very difficult. Dropping 30 lbs like I have done isn't easy. I also learned everything the hard way. If I had found this forum the first time I dropped some weight, I probably would have had an easier time of it. If I sounded harsh to you, I apologize.
