Help me out

Well , Im 13 110 pounds and 5'6 . I have a big stomach ,and my pecs are a little big to .Im starting to run 2Kilometres every day now,And im starting to do some ab exercises .When i flex i can see my 4 pack but when i dont flex my stomach kind of buldges out. If i continue running everyday 2km than doing ab exercises ,AND cutting down more on the junk food and start going more to fruits , like strawberrys ,oranges and Bananas. >>WILL I SEE A DIFFERENCE?<<

Generally cutting down on salt and carbonated beverages will help, but if you're 13, it might just be that your body is still evolving- remember that being healthy and in really good shape often doesn't mean having ripped abs...

I agree that just being 13, your body is growing and preparing to grow more. So you're not going to have much control over your physique (like becoming more muscular) until you're a bit older. Try to make good nutrition choices most of the time and be active every day. The more you stay on top of it now, the easier it will be to continue to make healthy choices later on in life :)

Hey Brayden

Well, your weight is more according to your age so you should start doing exercises and running in morning but i suggest you not to join gym because there are age limitations to join gym.

Be Careful in diets too

Be patient Brayden. Your body is fully entrenched in "growth mode" meaning the hormones which regulate growth and weight gain, are working overtime to help you mature.

In time, you will have the body you desire, but it's not too soon to start taking good care of yourself. This means eating a healthy, balanced diet and getting proper exercise. Adopt healthy habits now and they are likely to stay with you throughout your lifetime.

Extremism in anything; dieting, weight training, running, etc. is not safe at your age. Your body NEEDS certain nutrients found in a well-balanced diet, and exercsing too much can be just as bad as not enough.

Moderate your dietary intake, exercise regularly, but within safe ranges, and give your body time to "do its thing." Follow this formula and you'll have success. I guarantee it!
