Okay so I took superpump 250 supplement for awhile (1 tub of it) but didn't exactly use it for lifting weights or anything, i used it before swim practice, and waterpolo... after i ran out of superpump i bought no-xplode but i now go to the gym (just started in late january) trying to get a nice set of abs but its like no matter what i do they just keep hiding lol, upper body and arms i have been seeing a difference so thats not worrying me. my diet is pretty healthy besides the now and then things, i work at a smoothie king so i do drink plenty of protein; im just stumped if to just keep doing what im doing or should i take another route... thanks
