So, I'm 26 years old, male, 6'1.5", 202 lbs, 20% body fat, 57% total body water, this is in the morning when I first wake up. As far as body image, I look great in clothes, I just have slight love handles and stomach. I used to weigh quite a bit more so I have some stretch marks and some loose skin, but it's not anything that is that noticeable. My goal this year is to look as good as possible naked by the end of the year...so what should I do?
