Help me cut the Sodium!!

Hey guys,
Im 5'0, 147 lbs, and 31 yrs old.
Im weight training 2x a week, and I only 2 cardio 2x a week b/c of work schedule but im trying to up that to at least 4x a week

Ive been told my diet is a huge part of why im not losing weight. I do not have a lot of time to cook, so I need things that i can fix quickly to take to work or to fix at work...I have already given up the Lean Cuisine that I used to eat 4x a day!!!!

Here is my 24 h typical diet

Breakfast- Chicken Breast 4oz, salsa .5 cup
Snack- Wheat bread 1 slice with 3 slices of deli turkey
Lunch- Wheat bread 2 slices with 6 slices of deli turkey
Snack-Grilled chicken strips whole wheat tortilla
Post workout- Whey protein shake
Dinner- Chicken Breast 4oz, salsa, Deli Roast Beef 6 slices

Cals- 1,134 (told that i need at least 1500)
Carbs- 78
Fat- 17
Protein- 166
Sodium- 4,000

So besides trying to eat more, I need to cut out the sodium, but what kinda of low fat, high protein meat can I eat with lower sodium?

Also ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

There's a little sodium in the chicken breasts, but most of your is probably coming from the salsa, bread and deli meat

Get some fats in your diet...olive oil, nuts (walnuts, natural peanut butter, almonds), fish oils, flax seed, etc...bam, well over 1500 in a jiffy.

Instead of eating deli meats that are pre packaged, do you think I would get less sodium by eating the meats that they cut for you at the deli? Maybe less processed/less sodium

Im trying to figure out how to get more lean protein besides grilled chicken and ahi tuna, both of which im sick of by now....

Oh, I am eating a salad with pecans and olive oil right now, but about to go work out in 30mins

Thanks...any other suggestions?

Deli meat isn't a great food to start with...sodium and nitrates/nitrites (which have been linked with cancer)

If you aren't on a low carb diet and you are scrupulous, you can find decent bread
