Ive been having alot of problems burning fat.
Im a 20 year old guy, 5'10, 170 lbs, and I lead a very active life style.
I spend 2-3 hours a day 5 times a week on aerobic exercise (pick up basketball) and 1 hour a day 5-6 times a week on anaerobic exercise (weight training).
I've been looking to become more cut but instead I gained 10 lbs of muscle from lifting. Now i look more bulky rather than cut. In fact I feel like I havent lose weight ever since I started playing basketball on almost a daily basis...
What more can I do to lose weight and have a more defined body? Do you guys think my mediocre diet attributes to me not losing any weight although i've been working out strenously for the past 6-7 months?
I still have alot of fat in my stomach, chest, and rear compared to most "fit" people. what can i do to burn fat in these areas?
Will it be health for me to drastically reduce my sugar and fat caloric intake? Im thinking of not eating cereal, chips, or sweets for the next 3-4 months to see if theres any improvement.
I just find it frustrating that Ive been working really hard to burn off excess fat and not much has been working. thank you.
