Help making a split program

I think I have 7 days of the week available and I want 3-4 off days. I don't know what to combine though. Equipment I have is incline/decline bench, squat rack, barbell, a small range of dumbells, and a chinup/pullup bar.

I want to do running in the morning at least 3 times a week first thing in the morning as a side thing.
