i'm 255.2 LBS and 184 CM Height and 24 Years Old Well as you see i'm trying to lose some bad fat in my body Specially my Stomach and Legs they're Really Too Big and they Hurting me really Bad .. so i'm looking for advices for working out ,as i have no dumbells or any gym equipments .. Diet, How much should i eat each day.. I'm a Heavy Smoker BTW and i'll start from now to stop it .. Plans How much should i lose after 3 months of applying the plans you suggest me to do .. Thanks !
