Help improving a few routines....

Alright.

6:05am Cardiovascular 2,3km /18minutes
6:35am Abdominal exercises
6:45am Weights (Tri,Bi, Upp.Back, Pecs)

That was my previous rountine. I did that 6 days a week. I plan to start my new routine MONDAY, so quick replies would be helpful.

I've heard the above routine really is not that great, and I'm willing to make changes. Here are a few variation's;

Routine A

6:00am Weight training
6:30am Cardiovascular

- EVERY OTHER DAY (i.e.- mon, wed, friday, sun, tues, thurs, sat, mon...ect...)

That's what I got right now. I was wondering if I should do cardio every single day, including the weight training day's? I want to do them on the weight training day because supposedly it burns fat faster, I want that. Also, I need a day to train abdominals, is it recommended if I train it on the wieght training days, or maybe if I train that muscle on the days in between?

Google the Bill Starr 5X5 program, it's set up for an every other day protocol. A few sets of weighted ab movements a couple times a week should be sufficient. Oh, for cardio-20 minutes a day, 5 days a week is fine.
 
Well according to what you said, you said that you lift for Tri,Bi, Upp.Back, Pecs 6 days a week, but maybe you just meant weight lifting in general. You should weight lift 2-4 times a week (Total Body) after you finish lifting do a HIIT exercise and on the days you don't lift do low intensity running with lots of stretching before and after.
