Help! I want to slim/lose weight

I am a single mom with not a lot of time, but I want to stay fit. So, I was wondering if there are any workout programs that I can do in 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am looking for all types of suggestions. I have doe this below in the past with doing separate body parts, but I want a full body workout.

Workout Monday
Rest 45 to 60 seconds in between supersets or tri-sets.
A1: Back squat 2 x 10 (standing bar with weight)
A2: Bench press 2 x 10
B1: Dumbbell alternating lunge 2 x 10
B2: Chest-supported row 2 x 10
B3: Incline leg raise 2 x 10

C1: Dumbbell split squat 2 x 10
C2: Push-up 2 x 10

D1: Leg press 2 x 10
D2: Ab Curl/leg raise 2 x 10
?
Workout Wednesday
Rest 45 to 60 seconds in between supersets or tri-sets.
A1: Standing push press 2 x 10 (bar above head)
A2: Cable pull-through 2 x 12

Workout Friday
B1: Romanian deadlift 2 x 10
B2: Straight-arm pulldown 2 x 10
B3: Swiss ball crunch 2 x 10
C1: Dumbbell clean and press 2 x 10 (two dumbbells on each side and push up)
C2: Bodyweight or assisted pull-up 2 x 10
 
It need not to be fancy gym programs, I think walk at least 30 minutes plus on diet will work some wonders for you. At least last time I lost 10 pounds one month only doing this.
 
If you are looking for a lifting plan just take a few exorcises and do a A,B,A-B.A,B split. Maybe

A
Squats
Bench
Rows

B
Deadlifts
Overhead presses
Pull-ups

You should be able to knock that out in 30 minutes.

If you want to do bodyweight exorcises or circuits let me know. I got tons of workouts for that kinda stuff.

I am NOT looking to bulk up though. I want to tone/slim down, I don’t want to look like a bodyweight builder. The type of gym I go to is Lady’s Fitness Gym.

Do that have free weights at this gym? or is it all machines?
