Ok this is my first official post on this website (or any online forum), im not quite familiar with navigation on this particular website, but i hope its not too late to post this...I recently read that u run 8 miles while eating just a "Little Bit"? Your problem is your diet, u need to eat, dont be cheap when it comes to feeding your body, u deserve a cheat day once a week with ur workout (No holding back eat wht ever u want on a cheat day, but only if ur strict on ur diet)...The problem with humans is that our brains evolved, but our bodies still function under the thought that it needs to survive no matter what, so when u dont give ur body enough food it is tricked into believing that u are passing through a phase of food and supply shortage, so it stores the fat in your body instead of burning it...another tip to get rid of love handels, specific exercises...runing and swimming are preety good, but theres a difference between exercises and a type of workout...go on youtube and just search for random exercises on how to lose love handels, get an idea...
