Hi - I am doing my Fit-day food journal and I need to add broccoli salad to it. It is the one that you can get at the grocery store deli that has broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrots, some shredded cheese and mayo (to make it the salad) all veggies are uncooked. I googled it and can not find anything regarding the nutritional information on it so that I can add it to my customized foods list since it is not listed on their food list.
