HELP!I cant find a workout plan

I am 22, 5;7 and 148 lbs. I want to shed at least 15 and gain in muscle. My biggest problems are around my waist, my thighs, my butt and a little of the stomach. I need a work out plan that will help target all of these.
Here is my workout plan right now.



ARM DAYS
60 mins treadmill
-15 walk
-15 jog
-15 walk
-10 jog
-5 walk

Ball crunches (30)
Leg lift ( 30 each leg)
Bicycle cruches (40)
dumbbell/ ball arm pull up 30 each arm)
arm curls (60)
Ball crunches (30)
pull down bar (30)
push out bar ( 30)



Leg Days
45 mins treadmill
-15 walk
-15 jog
-15 walk
15 mins stepper

ball crunches (30)
leg lift (30each)
bycycle crunches (20)
leg press (50)
Ball crunch (30)
Lower leg pull down (30)
lower leg pull up (30)


As you can see I dont even know the real name for all of these!say i know but what can I say i am a beginner!
Help me out though!Please!
 
If you want to specifically trim down your waist, thighs, and bum, you have to focus on your diet first. YOu can do all the crunches and other exercises in the world - but unless you eat clean, you're not going to lose the fat.

Take a look at http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html for some exercise names. I also recommend checking out http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html for some tips of lifting - it will give you a good idea of where to start, and a lot of motivation.
