Help! Home training?

Hey guys,
I'm looking to expand my weight training into my home, and I wanted to know how I could vary my training in my home, preferrably without the use of machines. I was thinking of using an exercise ball and BOSU ball perhaps? Maybe jump ropes and what not... I'm not very familiar with home-training beyond the exercise balls...
Also, I was hoping to train specifically in regards to volleyball, hockey, and tennis so that I could get better at it. Well I just started volleyball (beach season), and hockey season's not too far away..

thanks a lot!!:p

I currently do the ab ball exercises at home, along with some free weights, once a week in place of going to the gym. I can actually feel it working even though I am not using the machines. If you currently go to the gym have them so you a ab ball routine that will do the same as your current gym weight exercises. This is what I did and I love having the flexibility. It also keeps me from having any excuses for not exercising.

my options lately have left me doing home work-out, which still works well for me. I have a crap load of accessories that I got from work, and they keep thing varied. The only hard part is overloading the muscles to get the adaptation I need.

Here's what I have:
(2) 35# DBs
(2) 30# Kettlebells
20# Weight Vest
Jump Rope
Resistance Tubes (light, medium, heavy) with door attachment
Bosu Ball
65cm Stability Ball
Door Gym for Pull ups
A Flight of Stairs
Body Blade
Agility Ladder
8# medicine ball
15# medicine ball
6# weighted grip ball
My Own body.

IMO, I have too much stuff, but it allows me A LOT of variety for strength and cardio.
