what are the best exercises to get rid of flabby arms, thighs and belly??

Well flab is generally excess fat, you can't get rid of fat in just particular areas. You can reduce your overall body fat which will in turn, reduce the flab you have. The best way to do this is with cardio. At least 20 minutes at an elevated heart rate.
 
It's also good to do some weights too. You can target those areas and help build muscle which in turns burns more calories. :)) Hope that helps
