I am a 39 year old male. I am only 5'3" due to spinal fusions as a result of spina bifida occulta.
I recently lost 50 lbs on Atkins and plan to lose 50 more pounds.
My stomach was huge and is still large but reducing. I already have alot of skin hanging down and know there will be more as I continue to lose weight. I know I won't be a candidate for skin removal for quite some time after I've reached my goal weight.
How have other men dealt with the hanging skin? I looked on line for support belts but they are mostly athletic and look bulky. I would need something smooth and not visible beneath my clothes. I can't wear any type of full girdle thing because I have neurogenic bladder and must do straight cath several times a day. Adding something that I have to struggle to get down several times a day in the handicap stall of my work men's room is just too much.
Would welcome any suggestions.
Thank you very much.
