Help For Sophmore Year

Sup guys, I will soon be a sophmore and I am quite small. So I was wondering along with my wey protein powder should i do a full body 3x a week workout or split routines. I just started. Thanks for the help
 
You might try and upper/lower split two times a week for four sessions.
M-lower, T-upper, W-off, Th-lower, F-off, Sat-upper, Sun-off
