I'm 19 and male. I dont really consider myself an active or a lazy person im sort of in between. I have always been a very skinny person but i dont understanf my fat distribution. My arms are very skinny but fat on my body seems to be concentrated in my stomach area and a little bit on the thighs. I am wandering why it is not even and if there is something wrong with my diet? Is this common for people. I say this because i am notmaking a mountain out a mole hill but i am REALLY skinny on the arms and have at least 2 inches of fat on the stomach. Can anyone give any ideas on whats wrong (if anything) and how I can balance my physique more? thanks
