I was wondering if any of you could help me design a diet. Im going to begin clean bulking next week, and I was wondering what foods I should stay away from, and what foods I should consume more often. Any help would be apreciated.
Cutting or bulking the foods are the same really, just more off them if bulking.
I am short on time so I am sure someone will jump in with some more direct advice on the slight changes when bulking from cutting, however this grocery list is a great start.
