I've had this question for a long time - how do I best balance acheiving AND keeping a muscular body but enough cardio at the same time to keep my definition?
I hear about people lifting heavy with very or little cardio and then "cutting" in the summer months, but I'm not looking for that. I don't want to be "huge", just muscular, and defined. Is it best to alternate days, where I only do one or the other each day? Or heavy weights with a light cardio every day and 2 or so times a week ONLY cardio? Thanks a lot.
