first of all, i love this forum and i have read i think everything on it by now...it has become my homepage
second, i need advice...
i am 27, started to work out seriously month ago. i lost 6 kg. (had 102 kg and now 96)
diet:
breakfast every morning, muessli, or dark bread, cheese...
lunch : i take lunch to work, i don't eat out anymore...so i eat some meet every day, tuna, chicken, turkey. sometimes pasta only with tuna.
after work gym : 60 minustes of cardio + 60 min of wieght lifting....
after gym, i dont have dinner. sometimes i have yoghurt, fruits or low carb, diet cookie....something really light. but i am not hungry at all at night...which is good
one more important thing, i didn't take any alcohol in a month
so, yesterda i started to take l-carnitine luiquid....it is good, and now i am wondering what else i should do?
maybe get some proteins? whey?
any advice?
i most of my fat is in my belly (of course)
