help and opinion

Well,
first of all, i love this forum and i have read i think everything on it by now...it has become my homepage :)

second, i need advice...

i am 27, started to work out seriously month ago. i lost 6 kg. (had 102 kg and now 96)
diet:
breakfast every morning, muessli, or dark bread, cheese...
lunch : i take lunch to work, i don't eat out anymore...so i eat some meet every day, tuna, chicken, turkey. sometimes pasta only with tuna.

after work gym : 60 minustes of cardio + 60 min of wieght lifting....

after gym, i dont have dinner. sometimes i have yoghurt, fruits or low carb, diet cookie....something really light. but i am not hungry at all at night...which is good

one more important thing, i didn't take any alcohol in a month :)

so, yesterda i started to take l-carnitine luiquid....it is good, and now i am wondering what else i should do?

maybe get some proteins? whey?

any advice? :)

i most of my fat is in my belly (of course):) i want to get rid of it again!!! :)
 
You are eating way too little. Not eating dinner is not a good thing. You are not eating anywhere near enough protien. I wouldn't waste a dime on l-carnitine or any other darned thing until you start eating more.

well, i know that but really i don't have time to eat more...this is huuuge progress i introduced breakfast :) before i would just drink orange juice and run to work....and had only one big meal, and a lot of junk before bed....usually with beer....

Bull and you know it.

Stop making excuses and start eating right, you're only limiting your progression by continuing your lifestyle like this.
