Okay so this has probably been addressed a million times but I need t ask for myself, I have started successfully losing weight 110.1kgs to 104kgs and want to get down to 80kgs, now the thing i am wanting to know is what is the best way to help skin elasticity? i am drinking tonnes of water and eating really well, i am scared mostly of my arms, i dont want to be able to flap my way around lol. Im 6ft tall too if that helps. what is the best way to help reduce saaaaaaagggging
