Help a teenager?

Ok so hello, my name is Frank.
I'm pretty new to this forum and to the whole Training thing, although I got like 2 or 3 friends that train regularly and have big pecs and 6pacs and muscles showing. Anyways, I'm here to ask you guys, how can a teenager like me lose the little fat he has and build muscle like pecs and abs and the thights(legs) so I can actually look fit? I would need you guys to help me by telling me what good breakfast to have( not a too complicated thing please, I'm too young to get hard stuff and I don't have the time cus of school) and also.. what kind of exercises? how many ? when ? how many days a week ? Basicly EVERYTHING. AND ALSO, by when would I see a difference ? Because I don't wanna see no more ft on that body of mine by summer. :p
thanks alot :)

Info about me :
Age : 13
Gender : Boy
Weight : 125-135 Lbs
Height : 5"6.5
Current exercise? : I started last week to do some training, because I did it for maybe 2-3 weeks this summer and it seemed to work pretty good, but I stopped so now I'm starting it again. It is :
-30-60 Crunches
-30-60 Right side oblique crunches
-30-60 Left side oblique crunches
-30-60 Knee Up crunches
-30-60 "Superman" Crunches
-20-30 Leg Lifts
-60 Bicycle Crunches(30 a side)
[ the reason why i say 30-60 is because I was doing 60 each this summer but since I just started back, I'm doing 30 but going up)
And also, I don't know if that counts... but I walk alot in my school and there's alot of stairs, so yeah, and also I walk with my friends after school for about 20-30 minutes everyday.
So yeah.. I think that's all..
so please guys.. tell me what good breakfast(not too complicated), what kind of exercises? how many ? when ? how many days a week ? Is what I'm currently doing good enough? Basicly EVERYTHING. AND ALSO, by when would I see a difference ? Because I don't wanna see no more ft on that body of mine by summer. :p

Thanks alot :)

Frank.

goodluck with that, just gonna put it out there...i started to exercise in year 10ish, I have now finished school, and i still have a stomach...BUT don't let this discourage you, keep it up stay active!

Lots of different crunches lol...throw in a mix of different types of press ups also!

I would guess with you being so young you could/should see a change anywhere between 3-12 weeks.

Remember diet is the most important thing, throw in a bit of hard work and sweat and you are on your way...good luck.

at your age you'd be ahead of the game by just doing a bodyweight circuit 3x/week or just a full body routine without weights. Your routine is horrible btw...

Something more like this.
3x20 - press ups (if you can't do twenty, then do 4 sets of your max. If you can do twenty easily then do a different variation such as a clap pushup)
3x40 sec - planks (do up to 90 secs depending on how long you can hold)
3x40 sec - side planks (same as above)
3x20 burpees (if this is too easy, then do a press up at the bottom of your burpee)
3x20 squats (if this is too easy then do powerful jumping squats)
3x20 crunches (if too hard, do another variation)

for breakfast eat oatmeal or egg white omelet... You will see visible results in around 2-3months maybe less maybe more... Most important thing is not to undereat since right now you are still very young and if you undereat you won't become as tall as you could be (and what guy doesn't want to be tall?). You're still young so are bound to have some baby fat on you, don't worry, the older you get, the harder you will get

that routine is crap all it is is abs, either do a fullbody circuit or do a sport like boxing, wrestling, mma, gymastics, etc etc.

Proper diet and good sounder sleep will do. You don't need to have that body build. Being a teenager, just stay active in different vigorous activities would make your body fit.
