Help 15 in a month..?

Hi everyone im new here, of course i joined so i could get in shape and to better my health. I'am 5'8" and weigh 169 i want to go down to 150, i use to be very athletic and i still am just not as great in shape as i use to be. I am looking mainly for foods of what to eat, because i already know how to work out. Also any diet plans, oh and if any one has some great tips toning your body, not all that muscle but just the CUTs!. I woud love to hear any tips you all have on diet plans and workout times, and what foods to eat. I really need to lose about 15 pounds or even 12 by the end of May any tips plz lmk k thanks
 
Hey and welcome to the forum!

There are four weeks in a month. Most will say you shouldn't lose more than 1-2lbs a week, or you'll just gain it all back and maybe more. You can lose 8lbs in a month if you do it this way. Two months for 16lbs.
