Hello!

Hi, I'm new here and joined to hopefully get some advice. I'm about to turn 24 and I weigh 322. I have always been heavy but I really ballooned this past year, gaining 3 stone despite no change to my lifestyle. The basics are I'm female, 5ft 8, large framed, I also have a short torso and PCOS. I hold most of my weight in my stomack, back and breasts unlike my sisters who are more evenly distributed... My legs and bum are smaller than the clothes sizes I need to wear and my face didn't start getting fat until I hit the 20 stone mark. My doctor basically told me after all this time of trying to diet that bariatric surgery was my only option and I'm not there yet, so I'm going to try completely overhaul my fitness and diet.
