Hello :)

Hi everyone. My name is Nicole and I'm struggling to find an exercise routine that I can stick with. I'm not the type to enjoy going to the gym, I hate running (back ankles and it's just so boring), and I'm terrible at sports. After all that, it's hard to find what's left!

I'm hoping that talking to others about my issues (for lack of a better word) could motivate me. Hoping! :rofl:
