Hello there. Obviously I'm a new member here, i just figured i'd give a short introduction and say hello.
Well, short story: I'm starting to get more into/interested in fitness; i wouldn't exactly call myself an athlete, but i'm not particularly a complete fitness newbie.
I ran cross-country for six years (through high school) and was mediocre to average, but hey, it kept me skinny and my legs strong. Now in my first year in college i'm looking to do more all around fitness and am trying to gain muscle mass and definition (i figure strength is a given.) Well, i'm rambling, so that's it for now.
