Starting my job i weighed about 185 after 2.5yrs I now weigh 246 :/

Body fat - 20% +
I want to get rid of the fat, and look defined While building strength.
I've tried a numerous amount of times, but I always fail when it comes to diet. I am a dear in headlights, and this time i intend to do better.
So far I've been to the gym twice in the last week, and this is kinda what I did.
(In this order)
sauna with small activity
back (each workout with 3 sets of 12, and by set 3 i can only do around 9)
biceps
forearms
triceps
thighs
cafs
finally sauna then go home
I intend on trying harder this go around. posting pics in member photos.
