Hello, I am new here never really been in a chat room or forum. Thought I might benefit from this one. I am going to start trainning for my 2nd half marathon next month and am thinking of doing some light body building not sure about that one yet. I am 33 and I am a stay at home Mother and Wife. My daughter is 13 she will be 14 iin January she runs with me and has run several 5ks with me, my sons are 5 and 2. I live in Alaska so I do alot of treadmill running at the moment. Hoping to learn some new things and see what everyone is up to.
