Hi everyone,

I'm 24 and I've finally decided to try and commit to my goal of getting toned and healthy :)

I've tried before but found it hard to stay motivated, especially because none of my friends are really interested in fitness. So I thought I would give this a try and see if I can get some advice on what I should be eating (sugar is my weakness lol) and the types of excercises I should be doing.... Oh and also hopefully being part of your community will help keep me motivated!!

Welcome to the forum. A lot of folks have the same issue. The key is to stick with it long enough to make it a habit. Exercising can be fun and when you start to see how your body and health changes for the better then is becomes easier to stay motivated. Good luck and good health.
