Hello

Hey guys,

Just writing to introduce myself. Love what I've seen so far of the board, and plan to spend the next few days familiarizing myself with the archives and contents.

I'm into P90X and barbell training, and have recently begun to do a lot of yoga (a heated power yoga class this sunday nearly killed me). Also want to incorporate a little swimming into my routine, but at some point I'll have to realize there's not enough time in the week to do everything I want to do (or more importantly, my body can't recover quickly enough!)

Anyways, glad to be here, and hope to be an active participant!
