Hello

Hello,

My name is Chris; I am 42 years old male at a height of 5’-10” and 204 lbs. My goal is to lose around 25 pounds and lower my fat level. I started working out again back in May and have continued.

I started my work out process because I found out I could not do a pull up if my life had depended on it (and it may well). In the past two months I have noticed a great improvement of overall strength, just no weight lose but I sure my fat level has decreased. Yes I know to help more with the weight lose it is a diet issue which I have been working on.

I also do some cardio, walking my kids (two 90+ lbs Labs, cardio and stretching) and I enjoy off road biking. I started doing that again back in February, but I now have put that off riding until it cools off some more and the daily thunderstorms cut back a little (I do most of off riding after work).

Well I have been lurking around for awhile reading the great informational and inspiring threads and post and thought I would just stop in say HI!

Later,
CBW

Hi CBW

It sounds like you're doing well already, if your bf% is dropping then I wouldn't worry about what the scales say too much.

Thanks,

Actually I'm looking at losing the weight more to help out my knees (to many years soccer) and will also aid in the off road riding.

I also forgot to state at the beginning of the year I also quit a 20+ tobacco habit (Copenhagen/snuff), man did I ever get the munchies.....
