I'm Mark, I'm a 25 year old Web designer/developer. I've been into exercising and living healthy for a few years now, but have most recently begun to do so consistently. I've been exercising 3-5 times a week (an hour each time) for the past 11 weeks, although recently I've been consistently going at least 5 days a week. And I don't see this ending anytime soon (especially now that it's warm out)!
Due to knee problems, I've had to cut out running, squats, lunges, etc. from my routine. Hopefully this problem will heal soon so I can get back to all of that! But until then, I've been biking and focusing on strengthening my core and upper body.
I'm mostly looking for advice and new ideas on how to keep my body guessing!
